Reprint Policy

At Urbnzen, every item is crafted uniquely just for you using sustainable print-on-demand methods. As a result, we cannot stock inventory or accept returns based on personal preferences or incorrect size choices.

 

✅ We Accept Reprint Requests ONLY for:

  • Manufacturing defects
    (e.g., holes, misaligned seams, flawed stitching)
  • Major printing errors
    (e.g., image placement off by more than 5%, severe misprints)

🕓  Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • A 5% variation in print color, image positioning, or size is within tolerance and not eligible for a return or reprint.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Change of mind
  • Slight print or color variations
